✓ The nails must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (no adhesive residue or damage).
✓ Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
✓ Photos of the items are required to confirm condition.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your nails arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will:
✓ Replace the order at no extra cost; OR
✓ Issue a full refund.
To qualify, please provide photos showing the issue and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
